
Born and raised in Miami, Az., Dr. Dorame completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1979 and went on to complete his pediatric residency training in Phoenix, at the Phoenix Hospitals Affiliated Pediatric Program, and served as Chief Resident his final year. Dr. Dorame is board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Dorame began private practice in 1982. He and his wife Mary Ann opened their first office in the northeast Phoenix area in 1984.
He has been consistently selected and recognized by his peers in “Best Doctors in America”, Ranking Arizona Business Magazine “Top Doctors in Arizona”, and Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Docs”. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Arizona College of Medicine- Phoenix Campus.
Dr. Dorame and his wife Mary Ann have been married for over 31 years and are the proud parents of their son Ben. Dr. Dorame enjoys gardening, cooking, music and spending time with family.
Dr. Dorame is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Krishna K. Karuturi-Reddy obtained her undergraduate degree in Sciences from Panjab University, India and her medical degree from Andhra Medical College, India.
She then completed her pediatrics residency training at Cook County Hospital, Chicago,IL followed by fellowship training in Ambulatory Care Pediatrics from Nassau County Medical Center, Long Island, N.Y.
She is board certified in Pediatrics and in addition to being a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she was appointed as an instructor in clinical pediatrics at Columbia University, New York.
During her 20 years of experience in pediatrics, she served on the medical staff at various hospitals including St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital in New York and Children’s Hospital Center of Pittsburgh to name a few. She was also awarded the Physician’s Recognition Award by the American Medical Association.
She is married to Dr. Sudhakar Reddy, a well known Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist practicing in the valley and they have two children.
Dr. Reddy enjoys travelling, reading, and providing community service in her free time.
Dr. Reddy is fluent in two Eastern Indian languages, Telugu and Hindi.

Monica is an Arizona native. She attended Mountain Pointe High School, then graduated with her Bachelors degree from the University of San Diego where she studied psychology, biology, and Spanish. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where she specialized in primary care pediatrics. She is a board certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (2009).
Monica is bilingual in English and Spanish. Having lived and studied in Spain, Monica has a true appreciation for all cultures.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, hike, dance salsa and flamenco, cook, and spend time with family and her two dogs.
Mary LaValley originally from Rhode Island, obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing from New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Secondary Education Math from Rhode Island College. Mary obtained her graduate degree in Nursing from Northeastern University Graduate School of Nursing, specializing in Primary Care Pediatrics. She worked in the Boston area at the New England Medical Center Newborn Intensive Care Unit and in primary care for several years before moving to Arizona.
Mary moved to Arizona in 2000 to teach Nursing at Arizona State University. She has taught both undergraduate nursing, and in the nurse practitioner programs for ASU and Grand CanyonUniversity. She has also been a guest lecturer at University of Phoenix. She has worked with various pediatricians in the valley and has much experience with the special needs population. Mary is board certified as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (1997).
Mary loves music, singing, and playing the hand bells. She loves to travel, read, and enjoy the wonderful Arizona sunshine!
