Born and raised in Miami, Az., Dr. Dorame completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 1979 and went on to complete his pediatric residency training in Phoenix, at the Phoenix Hospitals Affiliated Pediatric Program, and served as Chief Resident his final year. Dr. Dorame is board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Dorame began private practice in 1982. He and his wife Mary Ann opened their first office in the northeast Phoenix area in 1984.
He has been consistently selected and recognized by his peers in “Best Doctors in America”, Ranking Arizona Business Magazine “Top Doctors in Arizona”, and Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Docs”. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Arizona College of Medicine- Phoenix Campus.
Dr. Dorame and his wife Mary Ann have been married for over 31 years and are the proud parents of their son Ben. Dr. Dorame enjoys gardening, cooking, music and spending time with family.
Dr. Dorame is fluent in Spanish.
Monica is an Arizona native. She graduated from Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, Arizona and then went on to the Univeristy of San Diego in San Diego, CA. She graduated with her bachelor of science degree in psychology with minors in biology and Spanish. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where she specialized in primary care pediatrics. She is a board certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (2009).
Monica is bilingual in English and Spanish. Having lived and studied in Spain, Monica has a true appreciation for all cultures.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, hike, dance, cook, and spend time with her husband, daughter (born in 2014) and her two dogs.
Cecilia is a native to Arizona. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Arizona State University. After becoming a Registered Nurse, Cecilia worked as a Charge Nurse at Maricopa Medical Center for 4 years in General Pediatrics. Cecilia is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through the Pediatric National Certification Board. She has been practicing Pediatric Primary Care since 2006. Cecilia is known for practicing with integrity and providing quality health care regardless of race, religion, socioeconomic status or sexual orientation.
Cecilia is a not only a self-proclaimed gear head, she is a fashionista and an avid sports fan. Cecilia’s favorite sports include football (AZ Cardinals), baseball (AZ Diamondbacks), basketball WNBA (Phoenix Mercury) and NBA (Phoenix Suns) and boxing.

Jessica Casey, NP
Jessica was born and raised in Illinois. She studied at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree and worked as a Pharmaceutical Representative for 3 years. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Rush University and worked as a floor nurse and shift coordinator on the general pediatrics unit for 5 years. While working as an RN, Jessica went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Rush University specializing in Primary Care Pediatrics. She became certified through the Pediatric National Certification Board in 2012.
Jessica enjoys practicing yoga, baking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog Elvis.
